How do I calculate shipping costs?
One of our sales associates will be more than pleased to give you a custom quote on shipping cost for your order. You may be pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive it is for us to deliver your order. We now ship not only to all of Canada but to the entire continental United States as well.
Sales Tax Information
WFSD is not required to collect state sales tax when shipping to the U.S. For Canadian customer, Ontario and Western Canada pay only HST, Quebec both PST and GST the Maritimes HST.
How is our site priced?
Prices quoted are in CDN dollars. Please call for quotes in U.S. dollars. There may be a minimum purchase requirements and delivery charges in some cases. Prices are representative of six grades, four widths, and three gloss levels. Prices may be higher or lower than quoted on the website depending on grade, width and the volume purchased. Please drop by for your custom quote and see how much you can save. The website also uses full skid pricing in regards to our cost per square foot.
How will I know the date that my order will arrive?
We will call you as your order leaves our manufacturing facility to let you know it is on its way. We will send you via e-mail the name of the freight carrier and tracking information so that you may follow your order. The freight company will contact you to schedule a delivery date.
What does HS (Handscraped) mean?
Handscraped gives the look of an older floor showing a natural wear, with modern finishes to protect the floor, the wood is scraped by hand at the factory
