I went to this store with no clue what I wanted to purchase and the customer service in this location was nothing short of amazing! The owner Tom is very knowledgable and friendly. I ended up purchasing 5in wire brushed wickham hardwood flooring from him. He recommended an installer for me, Brandon with Urban Hardwood Flooring and he was here to complete the job. They were also nothing short of amazing. Clean quick efficient and reasonably priced. I cannot express how easy you made this for me. I was super overwhelmed thinking about doing a reno such as this and you all made it such a pleasant experience. Anyone looking for hardwood or installation needs to call Tom and Brandon.

Trying for over a year to match existing flooring. Found WFSD online. Went to Dundas and in 1 minute Tom found the match. Just finished installing new floors in three bedrooms and repairing holes left by our hot water registers removed from other rooms. We purchased our Wickham hardwood floors from Tom at WFSD in our hometown of Dundas. I liked that his business was close to home but after I visited and got to know Tom, there was so many more reasons to choose WFSD. Tom's warehouse showroom is not over-whelming like the other chain stores. I told him what our needs were and he pointed us to a great wire-brushed Wickham (Canadian!) ash floor. It was exactly what we were looking for! He was super-accommodating to gladly store our product to co-ordinate with our larger renovation. He also helped us find a top qualty hardwood flooring installer and our general contractor. I would highly recommend dealing with Tom at WFSD.
