If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you may within 30 days return it for a full refund. The product must be in the original unopened factory cartons. It is the customer’s responsibility to prepare it for shipping in the same fashion as when it was received. It must be returned in its entirety and must not have been installed. This guarantee is offered on all WFSD products but does not apply to custom made products, moldings or clear out or discounted merchandise.Please note that all quoted prices are based on full skid plus delivery costs. Minimum order may apply please call for details. Delivery costs on all returns are the responsibility of the customer

Damages
It is very unlikely that you would ever receive a shipment from us that is damaged. We have used the trucking companies that will be delivering your flooring for many years and they are well acquainted with moving our product. In the event that damages are present however we will immediately replace any and all damaged or missing materials.

Note
We take the utmost care in the packaging of our products. All hardwood floors arrive in cartons which are then palletized to avoid damage. Any damage should be visible from the exterior of the pallet.
